Frannie was our first resident! She came from Georgia where it is thought she escaped from where she lived and was picked up by animal control.  This gentle, sweet girl could have easily become pork chops or bacon or been attacked by other animals while she lived on the streets.   She had nowhere to go and being in a southern kill-shelter was no place for this lady, but we had the perfect place for her to live.  Frannie is safe at the sanctuary and living like the Queen piggy she is!

 It takes a lot to keep the queen in the lap of luxury she has now become accustomed to – and rightfully so.  A girl needs her fresh fruit and veggie salad every day and whatever else her heart desires.
